Refill assembly machine
This high quality refill ink filling and assembly machine has been developed mainly for the production of refills for the ballpen and gel pen production.
The machine working flow is as below:
Refill load--Refill hot stamping--Refill check--Ink injection--Ink check--Adaptor assembly/check--Tip assembly/check--NG sorting--Rubber cap assembly/check--Refill check--Grease injection--NG sorting--Finished product unload
Machine description
1、PLC control；PLC /Servo brand : Mitsubishi
2、Magnetic valve:DC24V, control power supply is DC24V；
3、Pneumatic components brand: Airtac/SMC；
4、The electric control cabinet and box shall have complete indication. The nameplate of components shall be clear and the line number shall be consistent with the line.
5、The electric control cabinet and box are wired in cable tray with full plastic comb hole cabinet, and the size of cable trays shall be reasonable.
6、Electrical control system is equipped with blocking protection and various chain protection functions.；
7、Machine is equipped with safty protection measures( No matter which station is in fault,machine will stops. The previous actions will be continued after the fault is removed and the machine is restarted), which ensures the safety of the equipment in the working process.
8、The electrical control system has electrical overload protection and various interlocking protection functions.
